Shipping & Delivery
At wish4a we aim to provide you with a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you would like them sent, the rest you can leave to us. Your items will be carefully packed and can be delivered to whatever address is most convenient to you. Our order process will prompt you for details as necessary. Don't forget to decide whether you'd like your order delivered to your home or work address or if you wish for your gift to be delivered directly to the recipient.
Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction with your purchase is of utmost importance to us. So, if you need to return something you've bought, that is fine with us.

We don't often make a mistake, but if we do and if you have problems with your order, then please call us on 0800 756 1444 to speak with a member of our online service team. You will be issued with a returns number and instructions on how to return your order. Alternatively please email us at info@wish4a.com. Please have your order number to hand to allow us to trace your original order. If we have made a mistake, we will remedy the situation at no extra charge. If your order was incorrectly packed or an item was faulty and you want a replacement, we'll simply send you the correct item or a new version of what you ordered. We'll also refund your original delivery charge and we won't charge you for the delivery of the correct item.

On the other hand, you may want to exchange a faulty item for something else. If so, when we receive your package, the value of the item you return will be refunded to the card you initially paid with. This should appear in your account in less than 30 days. You'll then need to place an order for the item you want in exchange. When we receive this order, we'll refund your original delivery charge and whatever it cost you to send the item back. Again, this will appear in your account in less than 30 days. To show we're genuinely sorry, you also won't pay a penny for the delivery of your new order.

If you simply decide that you no longer want the item you have purchased, please complete the form that was included with your original delivery and return it to the address printed on the original packaging. We would advise that it is your responsibility to return the items to us in saleable condition, so, for your own peace of mind, we would recommend that you use a recorded and insured delivery service. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of your order being delivered to you, in their original condition, unused and with the original tags still in place. Once we have received your goods as described, the value of the item you return will be refunded to the card you initially paid with. This should appear in your account in less than 30 days.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.

We are committed to protecting the security of your data. Personal information is stored only on computers with restricted access that are located in controlled facilities. All payment transactions relating to your purchases or refunds are handled by Barclaycard Business (a trading name of Barclays Bank PLC) and their secure web sites.
